rebuilt carbs now it starts ok, runs good wot, but stop to fish, then its hard to start after sitting a while, then dies when i put it in gear, but once i get it started runs fine. thanks for any help. also i noticed when its running don't see much fuel in the filter is this normal, cause when i pump the hand bulb you can see fuel in filter, this does not have the vro.
