Spend the entire day on warm side of Lake Anna, Toxic, Carlos, Kenny Brown, BillVa and myself caught tons of fish. Warmest water I found was 70.6 degree, drop shot around bridges was the ticket. At one point, I caught a fish every cast for 30 minutes!! Total quite counting after 50 fish!!! Nothing to brag about, but hey catching that many fish is just plain fun!!
Not fair.......Warm side is private! Man I wish a had bought a lot on the warm side about 15 years ago, when they were cheap! Nothing better than fishing a lake where you can put your hands in the water to warm up when air temp is cold! I take it that both reactors are working.
gunny, which dikes were you fishing? I've been wanting to get up there but i need to do a little work on the boat. I put in near busbee's Is. , and normally fish millpond creek.

You're a lucky "dog." I was priviledged to get a chance to fish over on that side once while I was at Ft. Lee. Once I got the drop shot out, they didn't want to lay off it. Gotta love nuke power.
About 1987 I built a Gazebo on a small man made island on privet side of Anna.
I think it was the first house in Seclusion Shores.
I slept in the guy's boat house and fished the beaver huts in the cove from old jon boat.
Caught lots of little bass.
That's what started the bass fishing bug for me! By 1990 I had got a
bass boat (Astro)and still have it today Plus a new 06 superpro. Haven't had privilege to fish hot side in over 10 years. BUT I fished Potomac today and caught fish had fun.
