took a weeks vacation and fished amistad last week. pro's everywhere. the boat wraps were undelievable and the fishing was awesome. stayed shallow all week and ended the week with an 11, 10,two between 8 and 9 numerous 4/5 and alot of 1 to 2lb fish...traps, senko's (on the calm days)jerk baits and t-rigs....and we didn't do nearly as well as some i spoke with....mercy, what a lake...............p.s. the big fish were not on the beds but we did catch them in 3 to 4 ft of water...in other words we could see the strikes.....i'm lucky my old heart didn't give out from the excitement!!!
