a buddy of mine go a new bass boat but needs a motor . he was offered a 1996 evinrude 115 . the motor is reman with no hours on it . it just uses the old cars and ingtion system . there r controls and and comes with the oils stuff. they want 3500 for the motor .. 3800 installed .. is this good. he has the same boat as mine just a single console . will it work
