Got to the ramp around 2:00 PM, just about the time a bass club from Edmond was loading out and weighing in. Water temperature was 55.6 with a light south wind. fished around the south end of the dam and the rip rap near the south boat ramp. No luck on soft plastics or crankbaits. Fished the main points on the south side of south cove and caught one small fish on a bone/orange belly wiggle wart in about ten feet of water. Talked to several of the participants from the tournament and there were a good number who did not catch a limit of fish.

Really nice group a guys from Edmond. As you all know I provide a good deal of ramp humor and Sunday was no exception. Guess when I tied up at the courtesy dock I didn't do much of a job with the knot, because when I came back to get in the boat from parking the truck, the boat was proudly sailing by itself out in the middle of the lake. A really nice guy from the Edmond club launched his boat and gave me a lift to my boat. Started her up and tried to get under way, unfortunately the trolling motor was in the water. You know on a day with temperature in the high 50's you really don't want to get that wet.

Still, it was a great day on the water!
