Buddy of mine and myself hit Toga today......launched about 8. The parking lot was crowded but I went right to my new favorite shallow water spot and we were on fish right away.
Was kinda windy, water temp was down to 67.8 and the water is very clear! Moved out a little into 5-6 f.o.w and got a few decent smallies
