KevinP fishes that lake all the time. I know a few areas that are a little shallow but most areas are marked.

Translation: This is the first tournament I will fish alone in the new boat and I don't want to screw up because I may never be allowed to take the boat by myself again.
Webster lake is very tricky, you will be lucky that it should be full right now. Be very careful running and pay attention, its hard to explain because it is a bigger place to fish. Has a lot of very nice fish in it though! Havent ever fished it this early though.

Ramp sucks, very shallow except hole from people power loading. I use trolling motor until deeper water. Also if recent rains there can be a decent current as ramp is at the outlet. Straight out from the ramp is rock pile. Two black and two red markers. Work them! a little further up on that side of the lake are two nice coves both hold pre- spawn fish. Also the rock pile just a little bit further down of the right. Across the lake from those coves you will see a bunch of cottages and then a break. This is where the main inlet is. Called Sucker's Brook. If you Don't hit that then we know who the real sucker is![]()

Weather should dictate what you throw. Good Luck!
There are no unmarked hazards.

Theres 2 ramps, the one your talking about i havent been out of, the other one is actually a nice ramp, except there isnt a whole lot of parking. I have seen tournaments go out of both ramps, even on the same day, which can make for a competitive fishing day.

So there is no confusion in the future, why don't you just call Webster Lake in MA by its real name...![]()
Good sized hole in the pavement on the right side as you look down the ramp.
Doubt it's been patched,it's only been 4-5 yrs.![]()
Troll out from the ramp 100 yrds or so,it's about 200 to get to the point you can start trimming down, still only 6-8 ft or so.
