1994 Evinrude Intruder 150 Compression Problem

Hello all...I bought a used Stratos boat last weekend and checked the compression today (it was a friend of a friend that assured me he would stand behind it if something were wrong and the battery was dead so I took his word on the condition). Anyways, it was 75lbs across the board with the exception of one reading 85. This boat has sat for 2 yrs so when I did the compression check it was the first time it has been cranked over since. Would this be an accurate reading and it is time for a rebuild or could the reading be misleading from it being sitting for so long and the oil draining from around the piston/cylinder walls?
What compression is typical for these outboards? I would think you would want to be atleast over 100 on a used engine. The biggest thing is it has been sitting for 2 yrs though. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

does it run, if so try a good decarb using johnson/evinrude engine tuner. 75lbs is really low, but at least they are all the same readings.

most of these engines have their compression around 110 to 120 that are in strong shape

If that was the first time it was cranked in two years, I would put it on the hose and let it warm up a little bit for about 5 min and then check it.

I am going to get some seafoam and do the decarb to it hopefully tonight but most likely tomorrow. The man I bought it off of said it was running strong and that he would stand behind it. So I'm going to get it on the water in the next couple days and de-carb it.

Toss the seafoam and get it on the water and run it, then bring it home, with a can of engine tuner, follow the directions on the can, let her soak overnight, get up the next morning, take her to the lake and run her good for at least 15 minutes. THEN check compression. JMHO

Well too late for that....I backed it down the ramp today and shot some sea foam through the intake. It wouldn't start on its own at first but the seafoam got it going then finally it would idle on it's own but I could tell it was starving for gas especially when I went to give it a little gas and it cut out. The water pump was working good which is another thing I wanted to check. Needless to say I had it running for about 10 mins at an idle before it got dark and someone else needed to pull their boat out of the water.
Got it home and took another compression reading....90lbs in all cylinders. Hopefully after I get the carbs and fuel system cleaned and get on the water to actually run it they come up a bit more but this is better than the 75 from before.
