Nirto trailers with swing away tounge

I recently picked up a trailer for a NX750 with the swing away tongue.
It's a nice feature but seems awfully loose.
I may redo it and make it right.

I don't know anything about them but couldn't you call and ask the company if that's the norm ?

I don't think mine has any play in it.I can tell you for sure in about a month
