Not Nebraska

Well I can honestly say that Northwest bay of Rainy Lake is not Nebraska. We caught a ton of smallies. I'll post some pictures when I get them out on the internet. We caught hundreds and had a blast!!!! I didn't even hit any rocks.

Here are some pictures. We had many bass over 4 pounds and uncountable numbers of 3+ pounders. Pike up to 12 pounds. It was awesome fishing to say the least.

BTW Rick............Russ smiles but only when he wants to and only for a split second....you have to watch close though......too fast for a shutter to pick up

The pike just happened for the most part. I liked them best when they DIDN'T bite the line off. Thank goodness it wasn't a Lucky Craft bite. I set up reservations to go again next year. They have one cabin open I know.
