Got in a hurry when it got snowy and put my boat away for the season and forgot to put sta-bil in the tank. Both tanks are probably 1/2 full. Should I remove the fuel from the tanks or just treat with sta-bill and top off?

Also what brand water seperators do you like? And would you suggest running sta-bill year round. Remember we are talking 1996 FastStrike not the new fancy ones!
