have a club tourney july 12 and don't have a clue never fished the place so any info would help thanks

Try the south end (Outfall Canal Area) this time of year. You can catch your limit on schooling bass first thing (A.M.) them try to seek bigger fish the rest of the day. There is a couple of shell beds on the east side of the lake that hold bigger fish, they are east of Anderson Park. Good Luck. Let me know how you do. Also I'll be fishing out there both Saturday and Sunday. (Not In the Tournament).

fished tarpon today won with 5 fish 10.12 flukes and spinnerbaits did the trick. water was not very clean but didn't seem to matter.
