The fishing at Stick remains good to excellent IF you're in the right spot at the right time. A lot of the old standby areas are not producing. A willingness to try different areas and risk possible failure in doing so, is paying off bigtime.
On 7-12 and 7-13, myself and my partner had a total of 72 Bass to 6 1/2#. Approximently 30 of those fish were in the 3 to 3 1/2# range. Only 1 fish was below 14 inches.
Traps, Long A's, 10 inch worms, and Senkos claimed most of the victims. Although we didn't break any records last weekend, it was a great time for sure!!!
