Arkansas river flow

Flow on the river is below 70,000 this morning only 28,000 thru the spillways and 40,000 thru generators Now maybe we can stabalize the system and the clearing can begin anyway smallcraft warnings are off water is down temperatures are up we can't win for losing. Was 107 heat index here yesterday
