I have a tournament on Lake Nimrod in two weeks. Anybody have any information on this lake? I've never fished this lake before and could use all the help available out there.

I've never fished it either but I have some friends that fish it from time to time. The only thing I know is that they catch a lot of fish on cranks and spinnerbaits. Sorry I can't help more.
I had great luck out there two weeks ago on spinnerbaits - light chartreuse and white with chrome tandem willowleaf blades. The bass were still in coves but it's like they were cruising for baitfish with no real schooling. I also did good up-river fishing laydowns with the same spinnerbait. A lot of folks did well flipping jigs to stumps and trees in the river. The water temp is already in the upper 70's and it was pretty clear.
