you will get a better answer if you follow the rules....Model# & serial#...
You don't state whether it's a HO or not. But I try never to exceed 5900 rpm, and at that speed I'm indicating about 25 PSI water pressure. Prop is approx. 1.75 " under pad and trimmed out one tap down from Max.
I believe factory specs are 5750-5800... No less than 18 lbs w/p
