Fished a club tournament out of Beeswax Sunday. Started out COLD .
My hands were so cold I threw my rod in on the first cast! I almost let it sink but finally reached in and grabbed it. Shortly after that caught a keeper on a finesse worm in about 5 feet. The water got up to about 56 degrees and we started killing them in mouths of creeks but they were all small. My five fish weighed a little over 8 pounds. Caught all but one on a watermelon brush hog. The winning sack was almost 16 pounds all caught flipping a jig.

If anyone is interested in a laid back club we are accepting members. We are fishing one points tournament a month and a bunch of get togethers in between. First points tourney is March 22nd. Check us out at http://www.coosabassmasters.com
