Yep I am fishing the weekend series also. I was there on Tuesday got a few bites. Planning on going Saturday myself. I have to decide if I want to switch over to boater, since the boater I was signing up with is withdrawing the rest of the season. May just stick with nonboater since I already have points there (29th place in standings) and fiinish out that way. I will launch out of PC Park Saturday morning.

So how did you guys do in the weekend series? I fished LM on saturday, and its was a tough day. Not only were the fish picky, but there were tons of people on the water, all my favorite spots had boats on em =)

I zeroed yesterday, Todd had a limit (3 for nonboaters).

we caught a lot of fish over 30 short fish each had a good top water bite going on in the mourning justcould not keep the strippers off the bait long enuff to get to the spots !!

We went to Logan Martin Friday. Tons and tons of boats on the water. Fished the dam and grates for a while. Did I mention there was a thousand people out there? What are they biting on at Logan right now?

There was a Federation qualifier on Saturday so thats prob why there were so many boats. And dont ask me what the fish are biting on cause I aint having no bites out there.

There was also a Jr. State Tournament out of PC Park . That added 22 boats to the croud . AlBasser

been fishing at this 3 times my whole life the 3 times i have been was in last 3 weeks and have not had a bite can catch 16 pounds on neely just about had it with this logan martin

I got an update for ya, Cousin and Uncle fished out of Lakeside Saturday in Blazer owner tournament and finished third with 16+. It helps to be lucky, but it pays to be good.

man, sure would be nice to see some techniques and baits to try instead of which place someone finished in...That sure helped out alot of people there, thanks much...just trying to figure out how I can get those 6 seconds back now...

Last 2 Saturdays in a row, the fish have been tearing up a Sammy early, around 5:30am, then around 7am the C-Rig and T-Rig finesse worm have been all i can find a bite on. Fish have come out of about 6ft of water, and very agressive. The plastics fish have been good size fish.

I appreciate the REPORT Bryan...Since I work overseas and dont get back into the states but 35 days a year these REPORTs kind of make me feel like I am back home on the lake catching them instead of here on the darn computer wishing...good luck ya'll, gotta love them topwater bites...
