SMITH LAKE 9/5/05

Put in at Arrow Head Park, the water was down about 10-12 ft. It was very shallow up there so had to be carefull with the sticks an trees in the water. Looks like it will be a good place when they are bedding an the water gets back up. Only cought fish on c/rigs w/lizzards.

Probly march, april an may.

Eric if you do that? Won't you have to employ your spinning tackle?? Eric B. using spinning gear?? Hellllllooo?? That I gotta see!!! Actually, I have, and hes not bad, he just needs to keep fishing with it!!

AC that's why I got those BPS Extreme reels so I don't have to use that spinning crap.

I've never tried sight fishing much. They usealy are busting shad on top water with several good sopts mixed in with the stripers. Those stripers are fun to catch an as long as ya cut the red meat out they eat good too.
