I will be moving to the Ashland, KY area this fall and am interested in knowing what areas I might have to fish out there. I have a 14' JonBoat so I know that large lakes and rivers are out since I am set up for electric only (no gas motor on boat). I know Greenbo State Park is one option, but am looking for more choices. I am willing and able to travel in to Ohio and West Virginia also to fish as that may increase options. Any info that you may have as far as locations would be great and then I can begin to do some homework on those spots. THANKS!
Broke out a map and did some looking and with the help of a others found these spots:

Greenbo Lake SP
Cave Run Lake SP
Grayson Lake SP
Yatesville Lake SP

Lake Vesuvius in Wayne National Forest (Ironton, OH)
<U>West Virginia</U>
Beech Fork Lake SP
East Lynn Lake
Mudd River Lake (unable to find it on the map)
They all look like they are good spots to put a 14' JonBoat and not get eating up by other boats and the size of the lake, since I have no gas motor. I am set up for electric only.
Can anyone expand on these area listed above (i.e.) what is there, ever fished there, etc. As mentioned above I will be moving out that way (Ashland, KY area) this fall and am looking for some info on what is around there for me to fish.
