motor E175FPLEEC serial G04673097 Doesn't want to start when it's below freezing. Starts fine any other time. I noticed that when you turn the key to on the horn beeps and the red lights come on one at a time and if they go out it will start if they start flashing it won't what do I check? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Thanks I will double check that. This morning before work I turned to on and lights flashed so I turned it off and jumped a new xhd 27 interstate to the starting battery and the lights still flashed when I get more time I will install and fully charge new battery and let you know thanks again.

Two wrongs don't make a right , but three lefts do.
Still flashed red lights and didn't start. Does the ecu control the warning lights I'm starting to think maybe a bad solder joint losing connection when it get cold.
