    CARROT STICK WARRANTY SUCKS!!! <:))))))))))><

    I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE EMAILED THEM AND NO RESPONSE!!! CALL THEM THEY SAY TO LEAVE YOUR #. DOES NOT DO ANY GOOOOOOD ITS A JOKE. THEN THEY WANT YOU TO PAY $39.99 PLUS SHIPPING TO REPLACE THE ROD !!! THAT IS WHAT THEY CALL A LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! YEA RIGHT I THANK THIS BROKEN ROD IS GOING TO THE TRASH CAN!!! DO YOU BLAME ME. WHATS REALLY SAD I BOUGHT 2 RODS AND THEY BOTH BROOOOOOOKE. SORRY JUST VENTING!!!!

    I had a pleasant experience with them. I broke a original carrot stick and called them and they said cut the out the piece with the label and send it in and they will replace it. So i did that and since they did make that model anymore they gave me an option on the newer models. Granted i had to pay the shipping cost. There were no questions asked and they replaced it pretty quickly.

    When did you have this positive experience. I have tried for 3 months with emails and phone calls with no response. I have finally went to local Gander Mn. store and they have contacted their buyers about the lack of customer service. Have said they will check into crappy service. We will see.

    I had one replaced last spring. It took me several weeks to get in touch with them. Once I finally got in touch with them they were quick to replace it. Try emailing cs@e21sports.com that seems to be the best contact for them at that time.

    Gander mn. rep emailed carrot stix rep about lack of service on warranty. Email stated Gander didnt appreciate lack of support for their customers and wanted problem addressed. Later that day I got a email response from carrot stix that they will contact me. Gonna wait and see what happens. In response to buy shimano, I own several crucials but the thread was started for warranty issue on carrot stix not which rod should I buy. Guys are probably pro staff by that I mean you have a shimano sticker on your pickup topper.

    Carrot Stix warranty has been spotty for a while. Hope you can get it worked out and maybe get away from them. Customer service is huge. Some companies have great service...some dont.

    thanks for the email addy denray. I emailed them on friday afternoon and got a response from them this morning on how to proceed.

    hopefully, I'll have my new rod in hand before the ice goes out up here.
