I don't know where to get an exact replacement, but you can go the route of getting a fuji tip repair kit.
I wonder if you went to a shimano dealer if they would just give you a new rod? The new crucials are sweet and well worth the replacement!

Hate to give this one up as its been a good one and I like the action. I dont think they no longer have a 7'MH. I know someone will chime in with the correct replacement tip.
I think if you email Shimano customer service and tell them the rod, they can tell you the brand and size of fuji tip you need. Then Mudhole or Swampland can sell you one. Hope this helps.
