    Rotisserie for drying airbrushed baits

Anyone have any pics of what they built or any suggestions for one?

Here's one I made, Paul. I don't do that many baits at once, so four works out pretty good for me. I used a 3 RPM turntable motor out of a microwave and some scrap wood I had laying around. There are also another one in this thread.

Thank you for that link. That definitely gives me some ideas. I have an old variable speed drill (from like the 70's ). I was trying to use it for the motor but not sure it is going to work out. I will post pics of whatever I come up with.

I call mine the neckneck bait turner! I used an old varable speed drill. Used a hole saw the cut a 1" circle. Drilled four holes in the wooden circle and epoxied four coat hanger wires about 10" long into the circle. Put clips on the ends and ran a bolt through the hole. Put a nut on the other side to keep it tight. Used a sears workman adjustable bench to hold the drill. Works great!

How are you guys holding the trigger on the variable speed drill? I have the mount made and everything to hold the baits but I can't get the drill to act right It is always too fast and no matter how lightly I push in the button it always starts speeding up to the point of being WAY too fast. I guess I may have to just break down and buy an actual rotisserie motor.

You can pick up an old microwave at a goodwill or someplace like that for around 10 bucks or so, Paul. That's what I did for mine.

Nevermind if you read that. I just went and relooked at your thread. You just used the turner on the bottom that turns the plate on the inside. Good idea. I will see if I can find one now.

I bought a new rotisserie motor off of ebay for 15 bucks shipped to my door. I attached a piece of pipe to it and put four alligator clips on it. It works great
