Hey guys im new to painting my own baits. Really havent painted a bunch yet but im curious how do you guys get the glitter on the baits? Do you mix it in with the paint or aply it while wet? Also the glitter you guys use is there a certain type? Thanks!!!
Mix it in with the epoxy as you are clearing the bait. A little goes LONG way and its also a LOT cheaper to buy at Hobby Lobby than a fishing supply place. Lots of great illusion type colors and lots of choices. I brush it on after adding just a pinch to my epoxy.

Depending on your spray gun, I have added very fine glitter to my paints and haven't had too many problems spraying it. If you use too much, it can clog the spray nozzle.
You can also mix it into your clear coat if you spray any clears. Just be sure to use the fine stuff for that.
