Was thinking of making some football jigs and I really like the hook on the Jewel Football heads. Does anyone know the name and hook # and size on a 1/2 oz jig.
If some of you really like a hook you use I would like to get the name and hook # on it also to look at. Thanks in advance.
I know some of the Jewel's use Trokar jig hooks. They are available at Barlows tackle and Jann's net. Here is a link to the flat eye's:

I believe it is custom to them. I tried buyin some of the o'shaugahssey (spelling) mustad jig hooks that they are supposed to use and it was not the same hook that jewel has.
The Mustad 32893BLN shows to be a standard width hook. The one Jewel uses on there football jig is a wide gap. I am just trying to get the right ones before I place an order. Thanks
all the jewel football jigs i have up to 1oz have the shaugahassy mustad.
