    Powder coat worm weights?

What is the best way to powder coat worm weights without a fluidbed so the powder doesn't clog up the line hole ...

insert a tooth pick in the hole...actually one at each end...get a block of that hard foam from Hobby Lobby...heat the sinker...you'll get the hang of it...dip a paint brush in the powder and tap the brush until the sinker is coated good enough for you. To cure them just put a paper clip or wire thru the hole bend one end to keep the sinker from sliding off...and bend the other end into a hook to hang it by...wah lah. You will mess up a few before you get the hang of it but the fish won't care!

Be careful the powder paint doesn't leave a rough edge around the hole, it will wear your line.

Good point...but I would twist the toothpick while the paint is still warm THEN while the paint is curing it kind of flows out smooth...
