    crankbait paint

    just cureous what is your guys favorite paint for panting cranks?

    I use polytranspar lacquer paint from Wasco. Works great and there are tons of colors. I like the lacquer based, but it comes in water based as well. I'm just impatient and don't like waiting for baits to dry...

    I shoot createx and wasco straight out of the bottle. I like auto air too, but I have to thin it down a bit.

    I like Createx but I'm going to start using some Auto Air as well. Believe it or not Wal Mart has some very good metallics and glitter paints too. They need to be thinned quite a bit to spray.
