I can't prove it I guess as its subjective but they sure seem to hold up better and the baits are easier to tune. Maybe its my imagination but I figured you guys that build them would have good insight.

You're right, Mark. I have found that to be the case for me as well. They'll give the same bait with a comparable lexan lip better, tighter action, and lip for lip the circuit board lip will get deeper, faster than the lexan. But, lexan/plastic diving lips have thier place too. If you want a biat to have a slower roll, or more of a wobble than a wiggle, that's when it's lexan time. IMHO.![]()
