I have been pouring my own jigs for about a year now and have had great sucess. the main question is what is the best way to install weedguards , I am curently pouring them then powder painting , then taking a small drill bid and removing the paint from the hole and putting in the weedguard with epoxy. There has got to be a easier way.

Also , what is is fluxing thing I keep hearing about, I guess I am not doing it. How is it done?
