Here are some pics of what I use. I have several different wheels and holding devices that can be used with the unit and can, with the right wheels, turn up to 48 baits at a time.

I have been using this for jigheads. But with smaller hose would hold exacto handles great too I bet.

    Bruce,

I just got started in painting and got this idea from a dvd.

I bought a Blue Ember Rotisserie kit from lowes ($30) and cut out some round holes from a sheet of standup insulation. I used the forks on the rotisserie rod to hold the insulation together tightly and stick the bill of my baits in between. Works perfect for crankbaits. Other modifications can be made for topwater baits and wire baits.

Around $40 in the whole set up.

    Re: drying wheel (justsward)

Here's mine, It will hold about 12 bait's but I could add more if I wanted. I do lot's of different size bait's so the rubberband's work great for that. I used a old microwave carosel motor for power and recently added bearing's to both side's to make it smooth and decrease wear on the motor.

i bought the same dvd. tried that, the insulation starts to shed after repeated putting baits in and out. it falls onto your baits. why i wanted to change. i ended up making something similar to what you guys posted. thanks for the ideas. i am very happy with the new set up. again i want to thank everyone who posted replies. all have a great holiday season, Bruce
