Had her warming up before fogging when I noticed oil dripping from the oil injector/manifold(part# 5005256). Scanned all the hoses quick but couldn't find any leaks. Fogged the motor and started looking closer. Detached it from the bracket and pulled a couple hoses to get a better look. All hose connections looked fine with no detectable leaks. I happened to tip it on it's side during the course of looking and oil spilled out from what appeared to be a threaded portion of the unit that separates it from the top portion of the unit that's attached to the injector with two locknuts. Tried turning it to see if the threaded portion was loose, but it felt solidly in place. I can't figure out what compromised the unit to drip oil like it was.

Did a search to see if there was a gasket that could be replaced on it, but going through the parts list I see it's sold as one unit. A pricy one at that! Oil injector is motors original. I guess my question is: Is this a part I can attempt to replace myself? Save for detaching a few more hoses, I had it partially removed anyway checking it out. My boat shop went bankrupt over a year ago or I'd run it there in the spring.

Thanks!
