I have come to find that my paint is to packed. Are you using a fluid bed? If you are not how often are you shaking your paint in the jar? I put the lid back on every 6 jigs and and shake my paint up.
You can also sand the paint blob down to bare lead, warm back up in the oven and then redip the haed in powder paint again, and rebake them.
How warm are you baking at? How long?

That's a classic case of too much powder on the head. If you're dipping into the jar, make sure you loosen or "fluff" it up with an old fork. It could also be that you're overheating the head and getting too much powder stuck to it. That little "nipple" means that the powder is too thick.

I use a heat gun. Run the head over it for maybe 8-10 seconds, then dip it and tap off the excess powder.

I cure mine at 250-275 for 25 minutes and they come out great.

That is way too hot...Get down around 225-250 for 25-30 minutes..But like said before, the powder is too heavy and you need to build or buy a fluid bed for dipping...

I cure my heads at 400 for one hour. I have no problems with the heads chipping or paint runs, blobs. I also dont use a fluid bed, but do fluff my paint every 6 to 8 jig heads. I have found putting the lid on the paint, and shaking it up does just great for me. Just my two cents.
