I have a 55 lb roll of Chartreuse and one 55 lb roll in White. It is 1 7/8" wide with 40 strands and .044 diameter round.
MFG by North American Rubber & Thread Co. Retail is $13.50 a lb.

I used to have 100-300 lb tubes of that round rubber from NALRT co. Mine was all 37 gauge. Smaller than the 34 gauge the fishing industry uses. I sold all mine when I got out of the tackle making biz. Had tons of colors and even glo in the dark.

Yes it is 1 7/8" wide.
