    Wanting to start making cranks...

I am really interested in starting up a "crank shop". Any ideas on up-front costs, materials I need, ideas, etc. A website with all this info would be great. Thanks in advance!!

Scroll saw, Drill press with sanding drum, Moto Tool and a decent airbrush. Get ready to have fun and experiment a lot. You will make a few duds but that is part of the learning curve. I have made about a 150 baits and I have a whole box full, they make great key rings. Also get a grill rotisserie kit at Walmart and rig up a turn device to turn baits after the Epoxy top coat to smooth them out. You can learn a lot at this site and check out http://www.tackleunderground.com. You will figure it out in time. Making baits keeps me sane through the winter. Check out Dixie Art Supply for a good supply of paints and sprayguns.
