    1st pours...

Since my heart attack, the doc said I should get a hobby for around the house,
take my mind off of smoking, yada, yada, yada.
So, my wife bought me a senko kit from Del's and a microwave. (You're NOT doing that in the house!!! )

Here's my 1st attempt at pouring some senkos.
Be nice ya'll, I'm a virgin at this!

    Left to right
    Scuppernong, red and green flake
Green Pumpkin, red and purple flake
Black Grape, green and purple flake
Motor oil, red and green flake.

    Those look great.

If you're having problems with bubbles try using a hot plate instead if the microwave. I found that an easier way to manage the plastic.

I was having some trouble with bubbles early on, but I think it was due to me not mixing as well, and being a bit too aggressive in stirring.

Bubbles seem to be an issue or at least were an issue with Calhoun plastic. I used it a few years back, but couldn't deal with the bubbles. I now use M-F super soft plastic. It is the best I have used.
