For topwater prop baits (ie: devils horse) how would you pposition the front line tie loop? (sorry if that's the incorrect term) Would you set it horizontal or vertical?? I figure if I set it with epoxy I wont be ale to change it later, so want to get some opinions beforehand.. Thanks.
