Jig Skirt Tool

Hey All:

Just wondering what tools do you guys use for installation of skirt and skirt collars onto jigs of course. I've seen the one that they have for sale on tackle making website. Just curious on what else can or might be usefull for this type of application. Do any of you's have a home made one.

Cut off aluminum arrow shaft and a paper clip.

I use the arrow also works great don't cost anything.
