Have any of you had any luck fishing the bluffs and ledges at this time of year? Due to work schedule (nights) and all, I am only able to get out during the late morning and afternoons. I have yet to have any luck in the creek channels and have not had any luck finding the Hybrids yet. I am launching from Heber Springs Marina. Thanks, Mike
I've been smoking hybrids, blacks, and smallies up there. Late mornings have been the best time. Run pockets and backs of creeks. You wont have to stay in any spot very long. If by the time the water calms down and you give it 10 or 15 minutes and you haven't seen any activity, just move on. Graph over points and channel swings to see if there are any bait schools. If there are, just drop a spoon in there on them. But they have been surface schooling heavily.

No problem. From HS Marina, I'd run straight to the area behind the Eden Isle Marina first, then Sandy Beach Area, Kidney Cove, Aaron Branch, and Peter Creek. You should find a load of em in at least one of those.

I was catching schoolers on Saturday at the back curve of little peter creek (insert joke here). They were tearing up a baby bass jr. spook.
