I am looking for ideas of the best way to store plastics as I do quite a few trips per year where I fly and so I can only take 50# total in tackle - including my tackle bag.
You know how it is....you wanna make sure you have everything you need but you can't take everything so you end up taking 4-6 of each kind of plastic you think you may need. I am wondering what the most compact and effective way (box) you have found to store your plastics.
Doing an 8 day trip in a very rocky lake (so will loose some lures for sure) and fishing for 4-5 different species (smallie, largies, pike, musky and maybe walleye)...so will use a lot of minnow imitations (jerk baits, cranks) along with some jigs, spinnerbaits and some craws. Thinking a few senkos too and swims.
Just tough to get everything I "want" under 50# including bag and pliers, sunscreen, etc.
Thanx for your input.
