i fish the holly chain from time to time.ive had success w/ black and watermelon red trick worms, super flukes w/ as little weight you can get away with tossed up in the grass holes in the first two lakes .in the 2nd lake there was a brush marker and around it is some submerged grass c-rig,cranks over the grass, drop shot also.in the 3rd lake fish the pads w/ trick worms, speedworms, cranks, spinner baits, when the water is up you can get into the other two lakes and one is real deep .drop shot and deep cranks.fla. lake tip, fish plastics slow dead stick is better and as little weight as you can get away with.

Going to Holly next month, thanks. Flippin can be good over there as well. The fish will root deep in the grass.
