Have any of you guys or gals had to deal with them directly? Or does your dealer handle it? What is the best way to deal with them?
I just had the starter replaced on my 250 and did not tell the dealer upfront that I had an extended warranty. So I just paid the bill and said I would deal with them(BIG MISTAKE). So far I have been told sorry we can"t/will not help you because you did not get prior permission for repairs. Any way around this? I think I am going to get the saft on this one
