FPC Extended warranty

Have any of you guys or gals had to deal with them directly? Or does your dealer handle it? What is the best way to deal with them?

I just had the starter replaced on my 250 and did not tell the dealer upfront that I had an extended warranty . So I just paid the bill and said I would deal with them(BIG MISTAKE). So far I have been told sorry we can"t/will not help you because you did not get prior permission for repairs. Any way around this? I think I am going to get the saft on this one

But on a brighter note I am happy to have motor fixed.

FPC is BRP's premiere extended service contract provider. You will have NO problem with any authorized BRP vendor so long as it is a covered item and there are no deductibles. I don't know if you can get a refund but I'd contact BRP customer service..........G

Thanks for the reply Garfish. I called and spoke with them. Turned out all I had to do was send them a copy of the invoice. They gave me an authorization number. They are sending me a check for the amount I paid less deductable.

I had invisioned it being a night mare.
