Home Depot. 12 to 15 ft. will do the trick. Also use thompson's water seal on it. 2 to 3 coats .Trust me , it will last alot longer if you do that. They normally have 2 different sizes. I think they're 3/4 & 1 inch . The smaller of the 2 work's better.It's lighter and when your ready to plant it on the bottom , it goes in alot easier. Hope that helped.

Wood. I'm not sure what kind but that's why I put on the water sealer. It's around $15.00 or so.
