200H.O Shutting Down

Took the boat out for fish and it ran fine for the 10 min run up the lake, after fishing for a while we went to shift spots. I got it up on the plane and ran to around 4500 rpm it ran along fine, gave it a bit more gas and at around 5000rpm it just cut out, once the boat was stopped i hit the key and it fired back up, got it back up on the plane and it cut out at around 5000 - 5100 rpm. It just shuts down, if i keep it under 5000rpm it runs fine. It's in the shop now but just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

Chaffed wire harness on the engine, they need to look at the lower starter bracket what they will see is the yellow wire has a rub mark in it basically a dent in that wire.
