Phil is doing much better phyiscally and is due to be released from the hospital friday and will be staying with friends to help with his recovery. The wake is Sunday from 5:30-7PM at Hogg Funeral Home in Gloucester. The address is 3098 George Washington Mem Hwy.,Hayes, Va 23072.
The funeral service is Monday with a tentive time of Noon at the Petsworth Baptist Church 2471 Hickory Fork Rd.,Gloucester, Va.
