Just in case you are not kidding, its a hydrofoil that fastens to your cavitation plate. it helps get the boat on plane faster and a few other things.
If your still around and still have it I will take it!!!!

Yes, 5 years military and then 34 with the local PD. Was actually scared to death to retire. Thought that I would really miss it. NOPE, life is good!! Hope to have boat finished by spring so I can spend one entire summer fishing. 39 years, WOW! Be safe!!
