Jack, my 80 year old father in law, flies into town on Thanksgiving Day. Ive not been fishing since the storm...are the Albemarle Rivers worth taking him to?

I don't know about the others, Rob, but the Nottoway is still up over the 258 ramp dock and running hard...and the Blackwater was still over the landing in Franklin yesterday...also running hard. Not sure how badly they have affected the Chowan, but there's bound to be some influence by now......

Rob, we've been on the 'munkey lately and the bite has been pretty good, not for me but for everyone else. I.M. sent to ya.

I went to the North River on Sunday from 9-3 & had 4 dinks to show for my effort. The water was clean, running a little & ranged from 50-54 degrees. I tried several creeks & the main river in the same stuff I was catching them earlier this year but no luck. The wind made it hard to fish some areas but I still hit them pretty good. Hope that helps.

Both the Nottoway and Blackwater are back down to almost normal levels this morning. Still moving pretty quickly, but not nearly as bad as last week!
