changing lower unit

I have a 95 rude 200 hp on my boat and want to install a lower unit from a 98 rude 175 hp 60°. I know I have to change the upper drive shaft and shift rod. I need someone to help me on the drive shaft change out. I can handle the shift rod. thanks.

The drive shafts have clips that hold the upper into the lower, you need a puller to remove the upper drive shaft, I use the hammer part of a large slide hammer, slide it over the drive shaft lock on some vise grips and with two hits the upper is out.

The clip does not need to be replaced.
