Well, today was one of my worst days on the Chick...they blew up on the pop r but, just would not take it. They did not want my crank bait either...I did manage to get five that went 8.85lbs for another first place. I know I should be ashamed of myself but I'm not. Did see Jeff Baker (Tenn Shad) this morning getting gas. Ran into Ed Clark on the river and he had two 4 pounders and was on the hunt. Sorry you didn't make it Blue Steel, maybe next time.

12 lb and change won it. I'm not sure of the guys name - he ran a new Nitro. I got 3rd with 10.66 lb. The big fish were hard to come by....

It was nice to run in to you in the morning Dan. We ought to get together sometime and fish for fun.I ended up in sixth with 9.55. Couldn't do to much in the CHick so when the tide turned I headed for the James. Caught fish all day just couldn't get the big bite
