Johnson 225 1998 venom ok first off i pump the bulb till it gets firm and fire engine off . it will run for approx 3 minutes at idle and die . i can pump bulb back to firm again and same thing dies in 3 minutes . now when i get to goose the engine to get on plane it'll surge some times . would this be a restriction in tank p u tube possible or fuel pump possibly going out.
